The SAGE Center is an interactive visitor center that highlights sustainable agriculture and energy. Developed by the Port of Morrow, the SAGE Center gives visitors a unique opportunity to learn about the technology that takes place locally within the Port of Morrow and region without visiting each industry.
Marina Park
Encompasses three miles of paved hiking trails extending along the Columbia River where you can view the antique Captain Al James tugboat. Picnic tables, softball diamonds and many other recreational facilities are available.
Sno Road Winery
Estate Echo West Ranch & Vineyard sits in Oregon’s Columbia Valley AVA (American Viticulture Area), Echo, Oregon. Its wind swept and sunny Southeast slopes perch on the bluff overlooking the Umatilla River. The steep terrain at 850-foot elevation with deep volcanic ash make a unique terroir for growing hardy, full-flavored grapes.
Marker 40 Golf Club sits just a few miles off I-84. The 9-hole public executive course features tree-lined fairways surrounded by serene farmland. Dual tees allow for an 18-hole option. The course is golfer-friendly and accessible to players of all skill levels.

Round-Up
The annual Pendleton Round-Up is 44 miles from the hotel but worth the drive. Get an up-close-and-personal look at bull riders, steer ropers and wild cow milkers. Plus, enjoy parades, arts and crafts and an opening night concert that kicks off this week-long celebration. One event will make it abundantly clear why the slogan for the Round-Up is “Let ‘er buck!”
